Let's face it, going to an emergency hospital with your pet in arms is never going to be anything but stressful, heartbreaking and sad. The entire staff from the moment I walked through the doors until I left with only Zorro's blanket and collar in hand was nothing less than outstanding professionalism, care, and compassion.
