2 of my 3 Furbabies have been cared for by this facility. There is none better. If you need confirmation, please don't hesitate to contact me via PM on Facebook. One furbaby with liver disease and one with disc surgery. They don't get any better than here

Just left there and will never go back. Dr Bichsel is the most rude Dr I have ever met and almost got bitch slapped by me. I will write up the story soon and make it go viral.

I brought my dog there at a desperation on a Sunday afternoon. The doctor thought he hurt his neck. He was there 24 hours $1300 later and a special oxygen treatment.....and an additional $3200 proposed MRI and spinal tap but we still don't know if he broke his neck because they forgot to do an simple inexpensive x-ray .? Incompetence !!!!! So you can bring your gold card but don't bring your loved one. Go anywhere else.

Business response:

Hi Ms. Pierre. A radiograph could not produce the type of image needed to diagnose your pet's suspected injury. The veterinarian did not wish to waste your money, which is why he did not recommend a radiograph. An MRI is more costly, but it would give the best chance of a proper diagnosis. The HBOT treatment has a good success rate with disc herniation, fracture healing and brain/nerve damage but often requires several treatments. I took my dog Dexter in there last night to get some assistance, because he had a sliced paw. We took him there cause we had no where else to go last night. They told us that he was going to need a lot of anesthesia and it would be a $1100 bill for them to clean it up and stitch em up. They didnt even bother to realize that his front paw was cut. They did not care too much about helping a customer and taken care of a pet, rather than how much they could get out of us. I know they were trying to screw us cause they first come... read more

Business response:

Mr. Miller, You were kind and seemed relieved that Dexter had been seen by the vet when we saw you on Wednesday - your review takes us by surprise. Our team is salaried and NOT compensated based on production. We pride ourselves on offering the "gold standard" of care but we are happy to provide basic treatment that can hold a pet family over until they can see their regular vet. That is what we did for you and Dexter for less than $150. If you have questions about Dexter's treatment please contact us at 321-725-5365 and ask... read more

We will see you in court since you refuse to talk to us regarding our dog losing his eye after catching a horrible infection while under your care. The neurologist, director and owner refused to address this matter. This establishment is horrid.

Business response:

Donna Ricci Padula, we are not in any way affiliated with "Brevard Animal Emergency" the affliliate of "Wag N Tails" in Palm Bay which opened up with a similar name this past year. Their name has caused confusion for many of our clients. We are so sorry you had a poor experience there. We would greatly appreciate it if you would redirect your comments to the appropriate business. You can call us at 321-725-5365 if you have any questions or would like to stop by for a tour of the hospital.

Came In with a seizing dog Totally out of it and a Dr.Barcher had his staff (1 who also didnt want to be bothered, a red head)advise me (outside with never even seeing the dog) to take him to the shelter my self because he was already in my truck.Guess they didnt want to be inconvenienced. What an amazing Emergency Vet

Business response:

Hi Mr. Eau Gallie. Unfortunately, we cannot treat pets without authorization. No one in your party wanted to claim ownership of the pet or surrender the pet for care. The dog was stable when our technicians saw him and we we do hope the dog is doing better.
