Horrible. Very little communication. Had to send the same documents multiple times. She didn’t send everything through underwriting when we were supposed to close. She had another person reach out for documents I sent her. She forgot the title policy fee in our closing costs. And finally, there was never a final inspection done on the house. Very poor

Everything was great until we signed the paperwork for our new home. I’ve been trying to contact someone in regards about a check I received through mail without a justification letter. I haven’t heard back nor have I received a copy of the justification letter. I also had questions about my mortgage payments. The only time I’ve been contacted was to ask me for a copy of my tax exemption letter.
