I don’t know if you could improve with waiting time. Hiring more doctors??? I am sad that my puppy was waiting to be seen by the doctor after 6 hours. I understand they were highly busy They were very wonderful at keep me updates on my pup he is still there since yesterday morning 😢

It sucks every time I go there but the staff is always amazing. Very thoughtful and caring and I know my pups are getting top notch care.

The staff was very nice. However, being my first ever ER vet visit, I certainly didn't expect to wait 9 hours for my dog to be examined. I was told there was a 4-5 hour wait when I called. When I arrived an hour later, there were 10 "clipboards" in front of me. It would have been nice if I was told at that time approximately how long that might take. My guess is they would have told me much longer than the 4 hours I was expecting, and I would have gone home to wait and not sat in my car all night. I appreciate the fact... read more

Our pup has been here a number of times and each experience has been great. They figured things out and again, she is on the mend and doing well. They take the time to assure you things will be ok. A big thankyou goes out to AA Vet Emergency Clinic.
My dog Zeus was treated wonderfully. He came home with a positive aditude with the treatment that was administered. The Staff and Doctors were also positive both to me and Zeus and definitely will not hesitate to return with Zeus in the event of an emergency. Thank you all for his much needed treatment.😋❤️
