RecommendedWe came in on Sunday at about 10 AM because my dog was not feeling well. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and kind. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge them because I know it must be the most stressful of positions, and apparently Saturday night was extremely busy at your practice as there was an estimated 10-14 hour wait when we arrived. Well done, ladies!

RecommendedMy dog hopped a baby gate and ate 4 ounces of 60% dark chocolate at 9:45 pm. After calling around to a few emergency hospitals, AAVEC was the first one who said they would be able to induce vomiting quickly. They took him back within minutes of arrival and updated us shortly thereafter to let us know he threw it up and they were starting charcoal. RecommendedAt midnight on Friday,11/25, our cat had an emergency. After calling 9 Vet ERs, they were the only ones who could take us. We are so grateful for the care they provided and the peace of mind they gave us! Kitty is doing much better thanks to the wonderful staff. We drove 45 minutes to get there but the level of service was well worth it. Thank you SO VERY MUCH!

RecommendedProfessional and friendly service for an emergency situation. Provided phone call follow-ups, status of pet, and clinical advice throughout stay. Communicated with our vet. We have every confidence that our dog was provided with excellent care. We will be returning to AAVEC for continued care.

RecommendedAAVEC took my sick pup back to be examined within minutes of my unscheduled arrival. The tech I worked with was very gentle with my pup and explained AAVEC’s procedures to me. I did receive a call about 30 minutes later from a doctor with an update and advice on the next steps to take, which I thought was excellent. I appreciate the attention they gave my pup Brandi. This visit was costly for me, but I knew that going in and my pup is worth it.
