Dr Keil & the staff were absolutely amazing to our boy Cotton and to my husband & I. We called so many places trying to get Cotton seen and this place was the ONLY place that realized the severity of his situation and told us to come right in. They were waiting for us at the curb when we arrived with our boy. Unfortunately we lost our boy. But they did everything they possibly could to save him. My 14.6 year old had a diagnosis of laryngeal paralysis . Even though I read about it and tried to educate myself and husband We were not ready for the emergency situation we found ourselves in last Sunday. Kind staff took a moment to empathize with me and talk about how sweet my kitty is. The vet listened and explained and then wrote everything down that I needed and gave me dietary samples to go home with. Feeling very grateful and appreciative! They had us in and out without a long wait, but took the time to do the procedures that needed to be done, carefully. I would definitely recommend AAVEC!
