 RecommendedProfessional and friendly service for an emergency situation. Provided phone call follow-ups, status of pet, and clinical advice throughout stay. Communicated with our vet. We have every confidence that our dog was provided with excellent care. We will be returning to AAVEC for continued care.Â

AAVEC took my sick pup back to be examined within minutes of my unscheduled arrival. The tech I worked with was very gentle with my pup and explained AAVEC’s procedures to me. I did receive a call about 30 minutes later from a doctor with an update and advice on the next steps to take, which I thought was excellent. I appreciate the attention they gave my pup Brandi. This visit was costly for me, but I knew that going in and my pup is worth it.Â
The staff and doctors there are awsome. They are so caring and kind and always willing to help.Â
Wonderful facility with a great & compassionate as well as patient staff. Clean, bright, up beat, calming atmosphere. Had an emergency on an early Sunday morning and we did a walk in no appointment. Took care of our 3 month old Yorkie Milo quickly. Pricing was great as well no sticker shock! 😂 We definitely recommend this facility. Thank you to the staff, we truly appreciate all of you. And Milo’s big brother our American Staffordshire Maximus, was glad to have his buddy back home same day!! 🥰Â

They seem to be very caring and attentive toward the animals. Love that they are there 24/7 for emergencies since so many things do not happen during normal vet hours.Â
