We were very pleased with the entire process of working with Anthony & Sylvan Pools; from the moment we began until the completion of our pool.

We did have some issues. We were asked to give a 5-star rating by our project manager. The project manager lost his job in the middle of our project, and that got rid of the problem. The next project manager was Tommy. He was awesome and wrapped the job up for us and made things right. The main issue I have is that they forgot the umbrella sleeve on our sundeck. They forgot to do it, then it was too late. They made it right by getting us a table that I picked online and I can get an umbrella to put through that table, it jus... read more
From the sales process to project management to the closing team, I was very pleased with the overall communication, service, and ease of business. When presented with a challenge or something that may have been a disappointment, they were able to fix it in a timely manner.
The team did a great job building the pool. Overall, I have been very happy with the results.
They were very helpful in picking out choices and describing what each choice was as well as how it would affect the look of the pool. I thought it was very professional.
