Great overall experience. This is our first pool and everyone from Mike, our sales and pool designer to Dan Schearer, our project manager were excellent. There were minor hitches here and there, but overall we enjoyed the process. There was utmost transparency at each step which we greatly appreciated as well.
I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone looking to install a pool. The team is very friendly, consistently on top of communication. I was never in the dark about what was going on in the process. They also completed our pool in half the time they said it would take- which was a huge bonus!
They provide excellent customer service. My pool is gorgeous and perfect.
We had a great experience with Anthony Sylvan, starting with Jason Annibali our Design Consultant; he was quick to respond to our initial request and helped with all the permitting and various questions we had through-out the project. Our Project Manager Gary Heuring is a true master of his craft, staying on top of the contractors and assisting us with prompt responses at ever step of the way all thru completion and beyond.
