Great quality pool. Great service.
The quality of the construction and the materials used were first rate. However because of the time of year the pool was constructed (fall), there are some issues that need to be resolved
The sales rep was very knowledgeable and really listened to us. Project management was good overall, and the sub-contractors they use are very good.
My husband met with the representative who came out the first time to give an estimate.
Our project manager, Roy was very attentive to our needs and was very detailed on the process. He did not sugar coat anything which was refreshing...we knew what the obstacles could be so, we were never surprised.
I have some cracking in the coping around my pool. I would need to have that fixed before I could recommend the company. I have submitted a warranty claim but the cracks in the coping continue to worsen as I wait to be scheduled.
There is no better company. There is no better team than Robert McCubbin and Mathew Hill of Anthony and sylvan Pools. If you want your dream oasis. Done right. Done well and done at a reasonable price. Call them first !
