Exceptional warranty service! ***************** was prompt, professional and fixed the problem. He even corrected some filter plumbing issues that were created when the pool was built. We appreciate how proactive he is in addressing issues before they become big problems.

We had a recent problem with our sheer decent (fountain) and ******* in the warranty department did a fantastic job in getting it repaired. She always communicated with us by email or phone and updated us with each step. She followed up and made sure the job was completed by early spring.
