We had a really great experience with the kind folks at A&S. ******************* (salesman) was our initial contact and he was great to work with, understood our vision and designed a beautiful pool for us. He was also incredibly responsive to any requested tweaks or changes. *************** was our project manager and ********************* was our scheduler. ***** is excellent manager at Anthony and sylvan charlotte ********* His team services our pool. Our pool was also built by A and S. We had some issue with warranty. And I was getting run around from warranty department. ***** jumped in right after one phone call. He gave me his direct number to call for any future issues. Personally came to fix pool heater and check on pool leak. It was all very meticulously taken care off.
