Anthony and Sylvan installed a pool for my brother, so we went with them to build our free-form, granite pool with a sundeck on it. As far as all the nightmares you hear about building a pool and what not, it was a great process. I'd recommend them.

We got a quote from Anthony & Sylvan to the house for a pool. They have been fantastic and we have had no problems so far. The salesman was extremely professional. He had a presentation, it was spot on, he was clean, and showed up in a nice car, it was great. When you are spending that much money, you have to be selective and when they come out for something like that, they are here for 3 hours. They go over every details, so we have others coming later.

I went for Anthony & Sylvan Pools because of their reputation and the fact that a relative of one of my friends works there. But the excavator that they used for our pool was horrible. We had a lot of problems with them but the project manager, Dennis, was awesome and he is the reason we ended up having a pretty decent experience. Built the pool 20'x 40' with a spa and multi-color lighting. Also purchased a remote so I could change things in the pool from inside my house. It was an extraordinary experience. 3 different competitors give presentation on their products and services. Went with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. Once contract was signed, we were treated as important clients, administrative assistant wasalways available to us to ask questions. Anthony & Sylvan came out to opening/close the pool for the last 7 years. The same crew has been opening and closing the pool for the last 7 years. The crew is on a first name basis with my family. Shows the stability that Anthony & Sylvan have. Very thorough, inspect the heater, open it up. They check the pumps for leaks, remove the cover. Replaced tiles under the warranty I got from Anthony & Sylvan. Everything went very well during the replacement of the tiles. Honored the warranty. Matched the tiles that we had. Also purchased additional tiles in case the need arises or if the tiles were discontinued.

Motor on pool was 7 years old. Spoke with a rep in their service center. Gave the pertinent information over the phone about the motor. The pump was no longer being manufactured. Based on their suggestionsreplaced the motor and pump with new. Within 7 days they received the replacement then stopped byto install. they built a pool for me. very well, I mean little hiccups in the construction due to weather and scheduling conflicts, but now that the pool is done and it's been great, family is enjoying it, seems like a well built product, only minor hiccups nothing I'd consider big at all, and so far it seems very well, we're getting the most out of it.
