We checked with several different pool companies and Anthony & Sylvan were the best value, they were also a larger company which was important to us. Overall they did a very good job with the pool and we are enjoying it immensely.
Anthony & Sylvan built my pool and their specific pool techs who come out have been taking care of the pool since it was opened and they're fantastic. If there are any issues, they take care of them for me quickly. And the crew at the store is always very willing to help me out. I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan to a friend.
I've used Anthony & Sylvan for season openings and closings and they do an excellent job. Most of their workers are very informative. I'm 100% okay with their service.
Anthony and Sylvan is our neighborhood pool store and the previous owner of our home used their services to construct a pool. So, we continued to give them the business. I had a replaster done by them and their store staff was extremely knowledgeable. They've always recommended and suggested the proper chemicals to balance my pool pH and also remedy some other things like mold and algae.
Anthony & Sylvan built my pool. I also used to use their company for pool services but then I had a falling out with one of their people. I hired them to do a job. We set a date and they called me to tell me that they couldn't do the job twice. Eventually, I found out from friends of mine that the person whom they were trying to hire to do the job had been fired and Anthony & Sylvan wasn't going to hire anybody else this season yet they weren't telling me which ticked me off. I like the expertise of Anthony & Sylvan Pools. They made my pool and they also did some pool renovation for me. I just bought a hose from them and the guy at the store was very helpful with what options I have.
Anthony & Sylvan built the pool and I have also used them to close it. Their location is convenient for me. And when I go in with questions about algae or some issues, they are generally pretty responsive and they seem to be able to provide me with solutions.
I bought parts from Anthony & Sylvan. The staff was very knowledgeable about the Polaris and the parts that we needed and they were able to answer our questions.
Anthony & Sylvan built my pool. I had a part of the heater that went bad and my whole experience in dealing with their staff for that was positive. I would be using this company again for a renovation project and that's important.
