I grew up in Montgomery County, PA, and Anthony & Sylvan built the pool in my parents' yard. During the pool building process, the staff was extremely attentive and they were always very professional, punctual, and friendly. And because of their reputation, I hired them to provide pool opening and closing services. Recently, when they opened our pool, the gentlemen were very friendly, kind and thorough. I felt very comfortable around them and we have recommended Anthony & Sylvan to others.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools built my pool so I got them for my pool services too. I have been using them for the opening and closing service as well as the maintenance for the new pool. I like the ease of scheduling and getting them, and that they are familiar with my equipment.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool. They also do the closing and opening for us and they provide warranty service as well. Their staff are always very friendly, including the gentleman who was our salesman for the pool. We had some items that didn't work right off the bat during the shakedown period for the pool and our sales representative was always very responsive in helping us get to the right people at Anthony & Sylvan to effectuate whatever repairs were needed. We interviewed several pool companies when we were putting our pool several years ago and Anthony & Sylvan was the last people that we interviewed and they were the most honest. They told us upfront how much the whole thing was gonna be unlike other pool companies who would tell they'd have to get back to us. Anthony & Sylvan put our pool in and so we went with them to do the opening and the closing. I talk to them when they are here working on the pool and they seem to know our pool and our equipment.

When my wife and I were looking for a pool, I've heard from other folks that Anthony & Sylvan was one of the best companies to go with, plus they're in Chantilly which services our area. We're very pleased with the pool they've put in for us and they've been doing great with the opening and closing services during Spring and Fall. We did a research online and Anthony & Sylvan had the highest rating. I originally went with them and they are nationwide. We use them for pool building, maintenance and seasonal closing and opening services and I like the quality of their work. The pool looks great. Also, my wife normally goes weekly to get the water tested and Anthony & Sylvan does a great job with that. They very much know what we need and how to get the pool running. Also, they've always been on time and very knowledgeable.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool and we chose them for their known reputation and my daughter's recommendation. We also used them for opening, closing and equipment repair. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and every time they come out, our interactions are great. They know what they're doing, they're professional and they get the job done right. However, their scheduling has been poor sometimes and that's been my only frustration. They've taken steps to improve that but we'll have to wait and see for the next season.
