I had the pool put in by Anthony & Sylvan and we continued with the service as we move forward. We've had all of our opening and closings for the last four years with them. Also, we purchased a heater from them which they installed. Up until recently, I had a problem with them returning phone calls but they've gotten much better on that. They respond and that's the main thing. Everything has been okay and they're pretty good.

Anthony & Sylvan built my pool and I use them for opening and closing. I dealt with Paul who was my salesman. He worked on the design of my pool and steered me in the direction of the engineer that was required to do the grading and helped me get the permits through the government. That comes with experience and I expect that from them as they've been in business for so long. Also, they're one of the top performers in the area. Anthony & Sylvan has been very good and reliable, and I'd recommend them. They built our pool in 2003 and we chose them because of their reputation and quality. They do our opening, closing and maintenance. I like their availability plus they work with us to resolve any issues.

I use Anthony & Sylvan for seasonal services. Their team comes, opens, closes and sprays my pool. They're courteous, professional and pretty responsive. So far, their work has always been of good quality.

Anthony & Sylvan built my pool 12 years ago. They got the job done and I never had any issues. When I contacted them and make arrangements for opening and closing, they're here. It doesn't matter if there's a hurricane. However, it was miserable the day they were here. It was freezing and raining. Two of them were out there and were soaked. They were also very friendly. I bought a pool from Anthony & Sylvan and I also use them for seasonal opening and closing. Last year, we had a poor pool opening and I wrote a letter to the CEO. The issues were rectified and there were no problems this year.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool. We've used them for seasonal opening and closing services too. They know the pool and they're pretty quick at coming out and fixing something if there's a problem. They're also very easy to work with.

Anthony & Sylvan built my pool and I use them for their opening and closing services. Yesterday, they came out to service the equipment. I had a warranty coverage issue and their rep, Billy, solved whatever it was. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, polite, and professional.

We have a wonderful pool because of Anthony & Sylvan. We use them for opening and closing it and we initially chose them because we heard good reports about them. So far, everybody has been pretty much wonderful and very responsive when we have a question. Sometimes we'd have a miscommunication with them, but other than that, we're happy.
