Anthony & Sylvan is knowledgeable about pool installation, and I've been using them for 30 years now. When I bring problems to them, they are fairly specific as to the correction.
I had done an evaluation when we were building the pool, and Anthony & Sylvan built the pool, and we went right into having them service it after we built it. We were happy with the service, so we stayed with them. We use them for everything-- the opening, closing and weekly service maintenance. Anthony & Sylvan built our pool and they have been doing the closing, opening and maintenance of our pool during the summer. This year has been really good because they called and let me know when they're coming, so if I have a question I can be around and that's better than last year. They're very polite, knowledgeable and they solved my problems, so I'm happy.
Working with Anthony & Sylvan made everything easy. My wife's uncle had Anthony & Sylvan do a pool for them 30 years ago. And then someone had actually recommended about this pool. Now, they do opening and closing for us and it's great. They're on time and they don't change the date. It's locked in every year. In addition, I had great interaction on the phone with the local person that we called for openings and closings.
Anthony & Sylvan put the pool in so I used them for the opening and closing pool services. I'm with the guys when they open or close it and they're very helpful when they teach me things about the pool and things that I should do throughout the summer. And my favorite about working with them is that when I open up my pool, it's clean.
Anthony & Sylvan's pool service has been terrific. They did our pool renovation and we wanted to continue working with them so that in case any issues popped up, then the folks who will do the maintenance will discover them for us. I've used Anthony & Sylvan to open and close my pool. I was very happy with the gentleman who came. He was very helpful and helped me out a lot.
Anthony & Sylvan had the best price at the time and their salesman was excellent. However, they came to open the pool up and the light didn't work. They're supposed to order one of the lights and I haven't heard back in four weeks. I'm with Anthony & Sylvan by default, not because I think it's the greatest thing in the world but because everybody else charges the same price and there's no competition out there that I see.
