The previous owner had a pool installed by Anthony & Sylvan and I liked it. I was in the store the other day and I did a water testing. They made some recommendations and we tried to adjust the pool. Also, the service techs and the people who opened and closed the pool were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They also got the job done and I have been happy with everything. In fact, I'm waiting for a reply on one of the requests for a repair that I put in yesterday.
We found Anthony & Sylvan four years ago when looking for a pool contractor and we've worked with them from the beginning. They built our pool then they open and close it as well. Construction of a New Swimming Pool. It was a sophisticated & complex service, but it went very well, they did a good job, & I got the value for my money. this is a unique pool that was built.
Anthony & Sylvan has been doing my pool for several years and we've used them for weekly service, maintenance, and new products. They're reliable and good and the people that come out are nice. I talked to the guy that came out for the weekly service and we told him about the problems that we've had with the equipment that had to be replaced. The Anthony & Sylvan team is very nice and very polite. They have taken care of anything that we've asked them about. I would recommend them!
Anthony & Sylvan Pools worked with my designer to build and install the pool years ago. I've been a long and loyal client. I usually get the dates I prefer to have them open and close my pool every year and they're familiar with it. It's a very big and complex pool and I'm confident they know how to do it every year. We've had the pool for about 25 years and Anthony & Sylvan installed it for us. We call them if we run into problems where the pool is concerned and we also use their services for opening and closing. We've been using them a long time and they seem to be reliable. However, different people comes every year to come out to open and close the pool and sometimes it takes a long time to check out what the problem is if they have a problem. But mostly, the guy who's in charge was knowledgeable and he worked fast.
After interviewing a few other companies, we chose Anthony & Sylvan to build our pool. We preferred their process of how they were going to build the pool and how their company was organized. Their pricing was consistent and they didn't try to upsell us. Their people were prompt because they showed up within the window that we were expecting them to be here. We first came to find out about Anthony & Sylvan when we read about them in an article. They put my pool in and we followed up the service for opening and closing every year. Most of the interaction is done online, but I can trust them to come out and I don't necessarily have to be home. I have confidence in knowing that they're doing what they say they're going to do.
I've wanted a pool for five years and one of our friends got one with Anthony & Sylvan a couple of years ago. We got a free form pool that has a tanning ledge and a jump loft.
