We had an absolutely horrible experience on all fronts with this company. We went with Apex despite them being more expensive because we thought we were getting better quality and a better experience. We got neither. First we waited 21 weeks for the windows despite the 6-8 week window promised. Couple that with the fact that we had to chase down a response to get an install date. But more troubling were the actual windows. Of our 12 new windows ordered, 6 were flawed. One was installed with a huge crack. Another with a chip.... read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND.First, the window quality is excellent and would be 5-star on their own.HOWEVER, they are poorly installed, ailed the county inspection and I can't get Apex to come back out and correct and finish the job. I purchased 21 windows and two sliding glass doors for my whole home. It took 6 months once I placed the order. We entered into the engagement with APEX with a positive outlook but it ended on a very sour note. Our experience entailed over 18 months to have the windows installed fully. 7 missed days of work outside the normal scope of installation for redelivery (even when already cracked) until all windows were ready for inspection. 2 different inspection dates and 1 Apex fix it date as the team was not here to meet the inspector.Installers tried to intimidate my wife into a positive survey on site, brought a dog onto my property to ... read more
I have been waiting 8 months on a warranty that I was told a month ago was in production. When I called the manufacturer I was told there is no warranty claim under my name. I cannot get anyone from the office to communicate with me. Very frustrating!
Do not recommend. Installed picture windows on upper floor along with sliders - ordered July 2021. Picture windows were dirty; Greg immediately said "we're not responsible to clean windows" and referred to the contract. Small crack in one of the sliders, and we've been waiting over 6 months for a replacement. When will it be here? Keep calling us, they say. Simply Awful.
