We love our new Insignia Windows, sold and installed by Apex Energy Solutions The windows have a great energy rating, so we got a rebate check from Oregon Energy Trust for $818 - nice. The total cost was definitely less than we expected, and we already notice smaller energy bills compared to last summer. The windows look great outside and inside. We really feel like we have increased the value of our home.
Do not recommend. Installed picture windows on upper floor along with sliders - ordered July 2021. Picture windows were dirty; Greg immediately said "we're not responsible to clean windows" and referred to the contract. Small crack in one of the sliders, and we've been waiting over 6 months for a replacement. When will it be here? Keep calling us, they say. Simply Awful.

Apex did an awesome job installing my storm windows for my house, from the beginning with talking with Syan K., measuring with Homer, and the install team lead by Pedro. Even with the Florida rains they managed to get all 9 windows installed in a 6 hour timeframe. Each installer would stop and answer my questions along the way. Syan would text me back at anytime in order to answer any of my questions prior to the install and even after the install. I would definitely contact Syan K. Great Experience with Apex Energy for my windows and installation.
Couldn't be more pleased with our new 15 windows..!!! Their approach of measure twice and their install team got them all done in about 6.5 hours. And we can already feel the cooler side of the double windows ~ not to mention the privacy of not seeing straight in from the road.
