We entered into the engagement with APEX with a positive outlook but it ended on a very sour note. Our experience entailed over 18 months to have the windows installed fully. 7 missed days of work outside the normal scope of installation for redelivery (even when already cracked) until all windows were ready for inspection. 2 different inspection dates and 1 Apex fix it date as the team was not here to meet the inspector.Installers tried to intimidate my wife into a positive survey on site, brought a dog onto my property to ... read more
I have been waiting 8 months on a warranty that I was told a month ago was in production. When I called the manufacturer I was told there is no warranty claim under my name. I cannot get anyone from the office to communicate with me. Very frustrating!
Do not recommend. Installed picture windows on upper floor along with sliders - ordered July 2021. Picture windows were dirty; Greg immediately said "we're not responsible to clean windows" and referred to the contract. Small crack in one of the sliders, and we've been waiting over 6 months for a replacement. When will it be here? Keep calling us, they say. Simply Awful.
