We got brand new energy efficient and hurricane resistant windows throughout our house with Apex Energy Solutions and I've got to say I can't believe we didn't call them sooner. The windows look great, the AC/heat stays in the house better, and I know that we'll be safe next hurricane season. My wife and I couldnt be happier with our new windows! We were in the market and heavily doing our research. Syan our sales rep was very professional and the product sold itself. The final product is exactly as we expected. We will be using them again in our future projects!
If anyone is looking for new windows, I highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions. What a difference these windows have made even in the 3 days ive had them. I have been waiting 8 months on a warranty that I was told a month ago was in production. When I called the manufacturer I was told there is no warranty claim under my name. I cannot get anyone from the office to communicate with me. Very frustrating!
