Syan with APEX did his presentation and we were quite impressed by the quality of the product.He went over the installation guidelines and left no questions unanswered. We worked with Syan. He was great. Very knowledgeable, and no pressure, answered all of our questions and was very accommodating, highly recommend them! The process was quick and smooth. ****** team did an excellent job with the install. The windows look beautiful!
Syan, an Apex sales rep, came out July 22 with a demo window and went through an in depth explanation of their construction and benefits. We were VERY impressed with the product and the interaction Syan, and we decided at that time wed go ahead with the purchase. They have easy financing available. **** did let us know that it would likely be about 6 months before the windows were manufactured and ready for install, so we were looking at installation in January 2023.
