If I could Id give 4.5 stars, just because we had some scratched panels and other issues we had to point out instead of having the crew take care of all of them. I really love the new windows. Apex was quick to respond and to fix any errors. One window was the wrong size and the initial installers had already alerted the company and started the process to correct things before they came downstairs to show me the issue. We entered into the engagement with APEX with a positive outlook but it ended on a very sour note. Our experience entailed over 18 months to have the windows installed fully. 7 missed days of work outside the normal scope of installation for redelivery (even when already cracked) until all windows were ready for inspection. 2 different inspection dates and 1 Apex fix it date as the team was not here to meet the inspector.Installers tried to intimidate my wife into a positive survey on site, brought a dog onto my property to ... read more
