😇 We want to give our deepest thanks to Dr. Cathy Kreis and the entire team at Appalachian-New River Veterinary Associates. Over two days, we spent hours in an exam room searching for answers and, ultimately, saying goodbye to our sweet kitty Abigail. Through it all, Dr. Kreis, Savannah, Mel, Sarah, Tina, Ayla, Neva and the rest of the team treated Abigail with such kindness, love, and affection. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were very informative and made us and our dog, Poppy, fell very welcome and comfortable coming there on our first visit
I appreciate the way that they interact with my dogs (German Shepherds) and how they give consideration to the physical cues Ava & Ellie are showing. Ava is reactive, Ellie is timid, and both are big. Everyone has been very gentle and respectful as Ava & Ellie are getting to know them. Trying to make vet visits a positive experience.🙂

After a REALLY bad experience at the Vet last time, today was the exact opposite. Good communication the entire time I was there. Very helpful and understanding to XBox (the cat!) Thank you very much Dr. McAdams!
This very busy clinic is staffed by caring professionals who were welcoming and friendly and who all took exceptionally good care of my elderly cat, Sam. Two thumbs up, very impressed!
We couldn’t ask for a better vet! Dr. Koh has been extremely wonderful and has taken care of our Olive since she was 4 months old. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Olive loves going to the vet and it’s a great feeling knowing she is in good hands.
