Things have certainly changed at this vet. We used to get excellent care here. But in the last two weeks I have called twice with concerns on two of our cats. In both cases they pushed an urgent care visit at an extra charge of $78. That tells me the money means more to them than the animal's welfare. I'm now trying to find another vet. Around the time covid started service at this veterinarian has failed. You try to get an appointment and unless you pay an "urgent care" fee, they won't schedule you, even with the fee appoin... read more

Let me warn everyone. We took our dog for a simple blood test, was charged over $300!!! My wife waited almost 2 hours before our dog was seen. Then the vet came out to discuss in full about the blood work, it wasn’t even for A DOG! It was for a cat. They didn’t even give us the right blood work and the vet didn’t know the difference between K9’s and Feline. I give you my dog's shot records, your people try to tell me my dog is not up to date on shots on a follow-up appointment scheduling call. I take out my copy of the shot records and clarify dates that say she is up to date. You tell me I have to come in for a shot she has not had but you literally just saw my dog in office that day with my shot records. You could have done it then. You take my dog in your office knowing that she has ring worm and then refuse to have her back in until she has two negative cultures, which by t... read more

Hi Amber, Thank you for your comments regarding your visit. I would like to address some of your concerns, if I may. Yes, Zoey is up to date on rabies and distemper. The only vaccine needed to perform the dental procedure is a bordetella. That was not done at your initial visit due to Zoey's current medical condition. Yes, our dental is more expensive than most, but that is because it includes a pre operative bloodwork, blood pressure, ECG, and dental X-rays. ANRVA doesn't care about you, your pets, or their employees. First of all, last year I took my 3 dogs to Dr. Kreis for yearly vaccines & checkups. The veterinary technician handed her the wrong vaccine & Kreis didn't notice until my dog was already injected. She blew it off like it was no big deal & said she would give me a free vaccine the following year & still charged me for that one. This alone was completely inattentive & unprofessional, & I obviously do not trust her to give any of my dogs any vaccines after that mist... read more
