Verified Renter Very nice friendly community, beautiful grounds with pool, playground, bark park, bbq area with tables and nice workout room. Office and Maintenance staff are very nice and address issues in a very timely fashion.

Verified Renter I have lived in Arbor Lakes for over 15 months and my experience has been great, the staff is very approachable and helpful (jamie and James) and the maintenance team is very quick in attending request and repairs. There is a big sense of community, and the office takes the job to create activities to incentive this environment. I would highly recommend rent in this property.
