Verified Renter Management team is always available to answer questions or concerns and are always pleasant. Maintenance team is fantastic, concerns have been resolved in a couple of hours, if it takes longer it is due to something out of their control. Property is well maintained. Nice laundry facilities in each building.

Verified Renter Arbor Lakes is a safe community in peaceful surroundings with plenty of trees and several ponds. I can enjoy wildlife, even a blue heron, in this apartment community, believe it or not. The ponds are full of waterfowls, frogs, and turtles when you pay attention. Another bonus: a forest preserve on the other side of the street. Strongly recommend to nature lovers, and dog owners.

Verified Renter Before moving to Arbor Lakes, I was changing from property to property because I would not feel confident in renewing my lease, but Arbor Lakes is the first property I have been comfortable and confident enough to stay, the staff is great and helpful, maintenance provides a great service, and the apartments and community are in great shape and look. I've been in this community for over two years and ready to renew for another year :)

Verified Renter This is the third apartment I've lived in, in the area, and it's been the best so far. No issues whatsoever, and the entire staff has been amazing. The apartments and complex too are beautiful and spacious. Slightly pricey, but what isn't nowadays.
