The facility was amazing. Beautiful floorplan and great amenities. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to everything. Whitney provided with a tour. She was very informative and answered all my questions.

it's a lot to take in.... 90 minutes friendly care for specific needs residents appear happy beautiful decor fun activities bus rides... shopping. tours. treats. sight seeing hair salon games entertainment
My loved one is safe, cared for, and I've not had one moment of concern for her well being while there. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The activities available are positive and welcoming. She has really thrived there. Highly recommend!!!

This was hard for me to rate. The bottom line is my mother was in memory care and she was difficult. I discovered that the staff really didn't know how to redirect dementia patients and my mother wasn't treated with kindness. I felt sometimes the staff actually made her behavior worse by the things they said to her. Administrators acted like they cared, but the med techs, nurse practitioner, and the manager of memory care would tell me all the time what behaviors from my mother would get her kicked out of the facility. My mother has been a resident for a few years and we both are very pleased with her care, all if the staff and the activities that keep her active!

Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill is a well-run, quality facility. It was an especially great if the resident can walk or can transfer from wheelchair on their own. Our challenge: the memory center did not allow Hoyer lifts. When a Hoyer lift became necessary, our loved one (who was in Hospice) was given a 30 day notice to leave. Even though Hospice would supply the Hoyer lift, Arbor Terrace would not allow it. So we had to move a 91-year old Alzheimer’s patient within 30 days. Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill is an excellent community all the way around. I could not be happier. The staff members are excellent. The facility is pristine. My brother is very happy there. I had lunch there the other day and the good was great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
