It would be okay if it was right for you and your age. Most of the residents were more immobile and negative. The food was good, and the breakfast were very good. The dinner and lunches were good and you always have an option of soup and salad. The food was served nicely. They even had china plates and goblets. This was a newer community and high-end rooms available for the residents.

This is the place to be if you want a community of interesting residents who enjoy many activities that will help you keep safe, engaged and healthy. My dog Lucy loves it as well. Staff members work here only if they have a strong commitment to excellent service and fulfill the company expectation of kindness, friendliness, and, as a bonus, possess a great sense of humor. I would strongly recommend it. I am impressed about the community. The staff seems to be conscientious, it looks great and seems great. They are on lock down due to COVID currently. My loved one is in a studio apartment, which is what she needed and can manage it well.

One thing we really liked about this community at first was how clean it was, and the overall friendliness of the staff. We were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and understanding the staff was with patients with dementia. The room sizes at Arbor Terrace are nice, the food is pretty good but could use more of a variety,

Good place No place is perfect. Arbor Terrace is better than most. They need more help in the memory care neighborhood.The day shift has the better all around caregivers.My recommendation would be that all caregivers on the memory care unit be given the virtual tour. I think it would help them understand what the patients are fighting everyday to function.

This meeting and tour were great. The people and facility are wonderful, but probably more than we need at this point I could not meet with [Removed] as she had prior appointments. The Experience With the Community We liked the community when we toured with them. It looked like a nice place. We would have liked to see my brother here but he was not accepted, they are not capable of providing a 2 person assist.However, we did not get a courtesy call about not being accepted. The advisor from A Place For Mom told me about my brother's assessment.

A nice tour This looked like a clean community when we visited. The people we met were nice. They did seem to offer a lot of activities and they allow pets. This community was a lot larger than what we were looking for in a community.
