Overall very good- but they help is from excellent to poor maybe because the payer then mostly very good. Who are not very accommodating.

They did some things well, and it was a clean facility. But we had some issues with our loved one's medication. Them not understanding her pain levels along with her Alzheimer's was not a good combination. We had to go around and around with them on that. But once hospice took over, it was a little more manageable. I would not recommend it for someone with stage 4 cancer with Alzheimer's. Other than that it was great.

We had a great tour with Arbor Terrace. It was a very nice facility and it is conveniently located next to a hospital. The location was just too far from us

very nice facility; next to hospital - busy area. multi level; all the bells and whistles - pretty big and while nice, my mother might feel this is not for her. courtyards are very nice as are the activities. Very well run, organized-

Arbor Terrace turned out to be a much better situation for our loved one, we are very happy so far. We are very happy with the care our loved one is receiving and they are very good with encouraging our loved one to participate in activities. The community is very clean, and they have been really good with getting our loved one to clean themselves and pick up after themselves. New and bright. Great location next to Baylor, Scott and White complex. Good team of workers, all happy and engaged with very good energy. Big complex, consideration would need a scooter because of longer walking. Felt educated and not just "sold" on the facility. They have doctors and therapists coming on site, salon on site. Amenities good. Had some damage in the snow event and are fixing up.

I was afraid by walking into the building that we wouldn't be able to afford it. Apartments have high end appliances, wood floors, and a pool. Several courtyards and beautifully landscaped with a play area for small children, and an outdoor putting green. Glad to hear that it is very much within our price range. The menu looks delicious and we spoke with several living there and they had nothing but great things to say.

Even during COVID the staff here are going above and beyond to keep the resident's safe and engaged. The food is excellent as are the activities, I am very impressed with the staff here. I would not hesitate to place a loved one here.
