We chose Arbor Terrace Lakeway because of the cleanliness and programs for memory care - and proximity to my house. The staff is very friendly and very helpful whenever you reach out and have questions. The med tech do their best to make sure residents are getting the care they need.

My mom has been here at Arbor Terrace for one year and 5 months and she loves it!! We were greeted by [name removed] and [name removed], they are the best. We have worked with [name removed] and [name removed] at the front desk they too are amazing people who only want the best for our loved ones. They're struggling with having enough care people available, as is every facility but everyone is kind & patient. Family needs to be around as much as possible at first to make sure the transition goes well. Not hovering but just visiting even if for just an hour. Makes it much easier a month later when some new patterns of activity have been learned. Residents are friendly as is the staff, Mom has been more active in all areas than we've seen her in the last year. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrace Lakeway.

Meals are perfection and the main reason that we don't consider any other place. The staff is always pleasant and on task. When things do go awry, I have found management very receptive to meetings and correction. We were told last Oct that the pool would be open for water aerobics in March. If you take a look at it now you will see the walls and ceilings are under some kind of construction. So the pool is an elusive dream that I can not get an answer on. Terrible onboarding experience with multiple errors made delaying our loved ones move in by over a week. Also trouble getting response from calls and emails to nursing director led to errors in medication. Would probably have moved our loved one out but it was a difficult move. Direct caregivers are good with our loved one and helped settle them in. Hopefully all will continue to work out

We chose Arbor Terrace Lakeway because of the apartment that they had available. It has its own exit to a fenced in courtyard which made it easy for my mom to be able to take her dog outside. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The only reason we didn't put our family member at Arbor Terrace Lakeway was the location was in farther proximity to our home. But the setting itself was nice, and it looked like a very nice place overall.

Arbor Terrace was a very nice facility, out of all of the places we looked - this was our second choice. The reason we did not choose this facility was because in memory care they only had shared rooms available and they did not have a private bathroom, it was down the hallway.
