Verified Renter I had a couple of cosmetic issues that needed to be fixed that were non urgent and Vince and Jerry on the maintenance team are phenomenal is getting work completed in a very timely manner. They communicate always and set the expectations of the job if it may take longer or what happened to make something break or not work Their service and commitment to the residents here is why I continue to renew my lease. Keep up the great work Vince and Jerry you are truly appreciated!!

Verified Renter Nice location. Not too fancy but well kept with an excellent maintenance staff. Some questionable tenants, but I guess every place has those. Management can be a bit hit or miss on responding to some issues. Good option for the Glen Ellyn area.
Verified Renter The management is very attentive and caring. They are professional yet friendly. I feel like I am not just another renter to them, but someone they know and listen to. I also think that maintenance does a great job. The few times I have needed to have something fixed or maintained, it has been done well and efficiently; they are a good and courteous crew.
