Poor management Since Arium took over the development, a couple of months ago, service has become very poor. No pest control since the beginning, maintenance is not fast as it used to be. I have put a request more than a month ago and they haven't done anything. Every time I go to the office, it's like telling them about it for the first time. Poor management.

Thank you for your recent feedback. We value our residents and work hard to create a positive community atmosphere. We require our residents to keep their pets on a leash whenever their pet is outside their home to prevent any harm that may occur to their pet, others? pets, or other people. In addit ion, we require our residents to pick up after their pets so the grounds can be enjoyed by all residents.
