Verified Renter Sandra & her staff are excellent....they bring a personal feel to dealing with the office, not just business as usual. They are kind, go out of there way to make sure you are happy here. Maintenance works very hard & are great. I have seen 3 owners of this property as we have been here 6 years, they are the best by far.

Verified Renter I can honestly say that management and maintenance staff, truly care about your living arrangements. They keep the property clean and they even pick up your garbage for you. Pools have been updated, they have the best location if Boca, and I have never had any issues with neighbors. This property is the best value in Boca, for the location and square footage.

Verified Renter I have lived in this community for over 6 years, but ever since it became Arium, the service and quality has improved by 125%, the staff is helpful, the maintenance people are courteous and quick to solves your issues. They have valet trash, and a texting system to request services or repairs, it helps avoid paperwork and time for me when I am working by texting. In addition they have remodeled the club house, and all the pool areas, it looks great, and cant wait to use the facility once this virus blows over... read more
