Great! Between Jenny and Kim it has been a wonderful experience moving in. The maintence comes quickly and leaves notes to make sure what you requested is done. Parking can be an issue sometimes but overall the property is clean and quiet.

Perfect! Great location, well maintained; caring, capable office and maintenance staffs. All concerns addressed promptly. The management company, via its employees, appear to always be on the lookout for upgrades and improvements! Couldn't ask for any more than that! I enjoy residing at Bella Vista!

Great apartment complex@! I have been living at Bella Vista apartments for over 4 years. The management and maintenance staff are very responsive, capable and friendly. These apartments are very large, pet friendly and a great value for the location.
Overall a good place to live Currently we are in the complex's Martinique floor plan, this is a 1319 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The size and layout do not feel like an apartment, it feels more like a condo you would potentially own. The upgrades are very nice including the style of carpet (not your typical bland tan rug), granite counter tops, tile throughout the main living space and others. Perfect first apartment When I moved into this apartment it was super cute! After living here for 2 years it has been so pleasent and safe. I feel so safe in this neighborhood I just wish my apartment was bigger for the price it is.
Resort like living The moment you enter Bella Vista you feel like you're on vacation. The grounds are so well kept and beautiful! The staff is the most helpful staff you could ask for and the same goes for maintenance. I had accidentally caused some minor plumbing issues in my apartment at 11pm one night and by 12am the maintenance team had someone already clean up the water, fix the issue, and was in my apartment bright and early the next day to replace carpet that was damaged. I LOVE IT HERE! The location is so beautiful and I swear we have the worlds best staff working here! Every request is handled in less than 24 hours, the landscaping makes you feel like you live in a resort. We have amazing running trails, amazing neighbors and just a great atmosphere. We have now renewed our lease a 3rd time and don't plan on leaving til we purchase our first home. I'm so lucky to call this place home!
