Verified Renter I have lived here for only 4 months but so far, everything has been nice. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner. The overall area is kept neat and clean. And, the leasing office has been very responsive to any questions or requests I have had.

Amazing value! For my budget this was hands down the best place! If you have a list of things you prefer ( washer dryer in unit, pet friendly, good parking, full kitchen, more than one bathroom) then this place will blow you away!

My experience living at The Arium, Boca Raton I have been renting an apartment for approximately a year now. The grounds are well maintained and the lake is beautiful, The lake also has a bike path. My apartment is awesome and I have a fireplace in my living room. Very important to me they are pet friendly. My animals are my family and they need to be welcome too. Verified Renter Every staff member that I encountered were very helpful, professional and genuinely made me feel welcomed. Customer service outweighed any minor concerns that were ultimately resolved. This made me feel valued as a resident and eased the move-in process. It has been a month and I have no regrets!
