Constant notices about fines. Your guests car could be booted and if you call managemt they say they have nothing to do with it. Verified Renter Poor management staff. If you want to wait 6 months for anything to get done then this is the place for you. They mark the work orders as completed when they have not completed any job. If the order is open for too long they will mark it as done and forget about it. But why am I still here? convenience.

Verified Renter Management is horrible. Everyone has attitude and no management staff cares about residents especially the from two employees in the office they act like they own that place and give a care.

Manager is Awful When I moved in, my apartment had not been properly cleaned. There were black hairs all over my daughter’s bathroom toilet seat, the freezer was broken, the dryer was broken and would not dry our clothes, the floor boards in the bedroom were filled with a black/brown substance (and still are), and to top it off, the entire unit smelled like dogs. Poor communication, bad attitudes When I first moved here I loved it. (BellaVista co.) Now they have new management that is so rude, it's like going to the principals office. God forbid you need another air filter or need to pickup a package. Also more add ons to my rent than I can keep up with. Trash outside literally overflows and rats and strays drag the trash all over the compound.
