If you want to spend 8,000$ with no answers go to this place- I spent that much money with no answers only got to talk to the doctor once in person over three days of our dog being there no one cared to figure out why he was sick we were shamed for taking him to a cheaper vet - i spent 600$ at this new vet to finally have answers and a vet who cares- tell me why the 600$ vet cares more and actually found the answers instead of mindlessly taking advantage taking money. Worst hospital EVER!!! Made us wait 10+ hours to finally tell us they don’t know what is wrong. They also came back after I paid and charged me for more after I said no and they still charged my card. No communication at all with me about my dog. There customer service sucked and they have no clue what is going on. Avoid this hospital and don’t give them your credit card. I’m reporting to BBB.

RecommendedI wish I could give 0 stars. Our dog needed surgery here a few days ago and the staff was extremely rude and not sympathetic whatsoever. They demanded payment before even assessing him, and right after he got home he got an infection that we had to go to a different hospital for. Then a couple days later the wound reopened and his insides were HANGING OUT OF HIS BODY and still they asked for $600 before they would even assess him. Absolutely horrible. I took my Malinois here as an emergency because she was vomiting blood. Waited in the parking lot for more than 30min and I sat in triage for more than an hour waiting to see what was going on with my dog. I was told that they did an ultrasound on her abdomen and didn't find anything abnormal and she was perfectly healthy other than a few things being elevated.
