Applying for a mortgage as out-of-towners felt like a very challenging endeavor, but Aryan made it as smooth a process as it possibly could be. Not only is he knowledgeable and capable, but also very good natured and a stickler for details. As a result, we were able to complete all the paperwork with much less stress than we had imagined. I can't thank Aryan and Arshia enough. They really made it happen for us under very very very trying circumstances. We were all set with another company and it was highly reputed but at the last minute they could not secure our second loan as they had not done their due diligence. Aryan and Arshia agreed to take over our loan even though they were the sellers brokers and delivered. Aryan crunched the numbers and worked tirelessly with us to make it happen.
