Great response and... (Verified Renter) Great response and attentiveness to my issue. The repair was done in hours. Got follow up immediately that it was finished. Job was done right the first time.
It clearly looks... (Verified Renter) It clearly looks like a great community for animal lovers. Saw lots of people with dogs. I don't have a pet so it's not as much of a perk for me. My hesitation in recommending Artisan station is the parking situation. At least for the lower buildings, there are not enough spaces for the tenants, let alone guests.
Maintenance changed out... (Verified Renter) Maintenance changed out the HVAC filter which had apparently not been changed out since the building of the apartments. It had multiple layers of dust. We moved in just 2 months ago and it had obviously not been changed prior to that. It would not have been changed had we not requested it to be changed.
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this community if there aren't any changes on the ground maintenance, because I do not feel it positively reflects the cost of rent. However, I would recommend this apartment overall, if you're seeking a quiet and secure community with friendly staff.
I did refer... (Verified Renter) I did refer someone to live in the apartment complex. Now, that the new management company is getting more comfortable and has better out reach with the residents I would refer to more people to move there.
For the most... (Verified Renter) For the most part our community is filled with very respectful people, however the drivers coming down the hill and not stopping is very dangerous for people and children walking.
I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the apartments are beautiful but not built very well. When you can hear everything your neighbors do, it proves the construction is poor.
Parking is limited,... (Verified Renter) Parking is limited, if you have to leave in the evening it is much more difficult to find a parking space within a reasonable walking distance from the apartment. (when carrying in groceries this is a problem)
Awesome Community and Leasing Staff I relocated to Georgia from New York City. I looked at several communities and even had settled on another community until I came to Avonlea Station, and toured with Jessica. Jessica, was both patient and professional, she addressed all my questions and concerns and made sure to place me in the unit best suited for my needs.
