The appearance of... (Verified Renter) The appearance of the community has gone way down since when I first moved in- more trash littering grounds, landscaping not kept up, different caliber of residents, poor parking. Don't feel like what I pay equals what I get. Maintenance requests being met is my TOP praise - these issues are ALWAYS handled in a timely and professional manner.
