Run! I don’t even know where to begin. This place is a joke! You will never find parking, the smell of drugs is constant, be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do bc the walls are so thin. Dog poop everywhere bc residents don’t pick it up and the office staff is rude. Trust me. Run!

Used to be great I really wish I was not writing this. In the beginning the staff was amazing to me and my lil family. We were super pleased. I have been at ASA for about 4 years. In the last 6 months, my upstairs neighbors have used illegal drugs on their patio… are extremely noisy… ( trust me you will hear your upstairs neighbor) and nothing can be done about it.
