I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this community if there aren't any changes on the ground maintenance, because I do not feel it positively reflects the cost of rent. However, I would recommend this apartment overall, if you're seeking a quiet and secure community with friendly staff.

I did refer... (Verified Renter) I did refer someone to live in the apartment complex. Now, that the new management company is getting more comfortable and has better out reach with the residents I would refer to more people to move there.

For the most... (Verified Renter) For the most part our community is filled with very respectful people, however the drivers coming down the hill and not stopping is very dangerous for people and children walking.

I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the apartments are beautiful but not built very well. When you can hear everything your neighbors do, it proves the construction is poor.

Parking is limited,... (Verified Renter) Parking is limited, if you have to leave in the evening it is much more difficult to find a parking space within a reasonable walking distance from the apartment. (when carrying in groceries this is a problem)

Awesome Community and Leasing Staff I relocated to Georgia from New York City. I looked at several communities and even had settled on another community until I came to Avonlea Station, and toured with Jessica. Jessica, was both patient and professional, she addressed all my questions and concerns and made sure to place me in the unit best suited for my needs. Run! I don’t even know where to begin. This place is a joke! You will never find parking, the smell of drugs is constant, be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do bc the walls are so thin. Dog poop everywhere bc residents don’t pick it up and the office staff is rude. Trust me. Run!

Used to be great I really wish I was not writing this. In the beginning the staff was amazing to me and my lil family. We were super pleased. I have been at ASA for about 4 years. In the last 6 months, my upstairs neighbors have used illegal drugs on their patio… are extremely noisy… ( trust me you will hear your upstairs neighbor) and nothing can be done about it.
