I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the apartments are beautiful, well maintained, service is prompt, and concerns are handled fairly well.... the ONLY thing I did not like was the parking arrangements and how guests have to park so far away and have to have a parking permit printed every time they come to visit. Doesn’t make for a very pleasant experience when having guests over.

My 6 month experience at Artisan Apt. has been more than what I had expected. All the assistance from Artisan apartment makes you feel like you are at home. They take care and respond all your requests in next hour or next day and make sure you are satified with their work. Team work by administrative and maintenance crew is fantastic. The appearance of... (Verified Renter) The appearance of the community has gone way down since when I first moved in- more trash littering grounds, landscaping not kept up, different caliber of residents, poor parking. Don't feel like what I pay equals what I get. Maintenance requests being met is my TOP praise - these issues are ALWAYS handled in a timely and professional manner.
