I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because the apartments are very nice size, and have good features. I think they need to be brightened up a bit but I get that's hard to do. I would not because of the pot, dog waste, and disrespectful tenants that permeate the community. It's very much weighing on me now because I take good care of my dog, I don't smoke, anything, and I am extremely respectful of everyone else's rights. I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the apartments are beautiful, well maintained, service is prompt, and concerns are handled fairly well.... the ONLY thing I did not like was the parking arrangements and how guests have to park so far away and have to have a parking permit printed every time they come to visit. Doesn’t make for a very pleasant experience when having guests over.
