Stay Away!!! The management does not care about their residents. They only care about renting the apts but will rent an apt to people with kids above an older couple. We moved in and thought the apt was so nice but then the people who moved in above us moved in a couple weeks after we did and it has been total HELL since then. I contacted management multiple times and they acted as if we were so annoying and Janelle had a condescending attitude. Stay Away We lived there for 5 years and just moved out. They are trying to charge me $1800 for normal wear and tear. I’ve heard from other residents that this is a normal process. Dog poop is everywhere. You have to pay additional to park in your own complex. You pay extra for daily trash pickup but you’re going to get skipped twice a week. Constant apologies but no corrections. Bugs galore inside apartment. If this is your type of living, good luck!

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff went downhill after the sale. Previous staff treated both residents and future residents the same. Current staff - its like current residents are not important since you already have them on a lease.
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this apartment complex for one reason only. We signed a 2 month lease. I kept in constant contact with office staff and never once mentioned my need to stay longer. I was always only needing the apartment for 5 weeks in between selling and buying houses. I was told 2 weeks before moving out that I needed to give a 60 day notice. If that were true, why didn't the front office staff tell me to write a notice to vacate on the SAME DAY I signed a lease? Poorly built and limited parking First, noise is an issue you can hear every thing your neighbors do and when you ask for assistance you are treated as the bad guy. Second, parking is an issue if you arrive home after 5:30 or leave and return-especially frustrating after grocery shopping. For the money, I expected better-have been here since they opened but looking forward to leaving when lease runs out.

The day I... (Verified Renter) The day I moved in there was a truck on cinder blocks that had had its rims stolen. Not a great first impression. Hard to recommend that.
The rent cost... (Verified Renter) The rent cost is not worth the what you receive. The pool and gym are much smaller than other apartment complexes around the area offering similar or lower rates. Also the train that runs behind my building all the time makes it difficult to sleep. The rent rates are crazy for what you actually get as a resident.
