I am not very good at this but here goes , this is the first time we've in a retirement community and the adjustment was difficult but I have to say the staff are very polite and caring .I was raised with old values and I see this community practicing those same values
Since they changed ownership it has really changed with the meals, activities, and staff along with the price has gone up that most can't afford so they have moved out.At the time mom chose Rocky Ridge it was the overall looks and amenities the price was reasonable compared to others facilities in the area.

We have been very satisfied. They keep activites for the residents. My loved one enjoys the activites. The general staff is friendly and attentive. Sometimes the medication is not delivered on time but we were resolve that issue.
They have a non profit partner at the community that provides different levels of care and that has been really good. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families .
From first contact with sales manger the entire experience with sales and management has been pleasant. I have been very happy living here and have made some lasting friendships! I enjoy the activities and they way the staff makes me feel!
Overall the experience has been good. My loved one really likes the food and has had no complaints about that. Because it is independent living, there is a maid service that comes in and cleans but not thoroughly. I would tell One thing that is included in the monthly rent is transportation but they did not have a bus driver for many months. It's a nice place, staff is friendly, and they take care of their patients/elderly. Also, they try to provide entertainment and day trips for them.
I like the place but the food should be better and more portions. The staff could be more friendly, mainly the kitchen staff. Otherwise no complaints. The nursing care is fanatastic. Entertainment is really good. I wish they had a bus with a chair lift, because my friend can't walk. They have lots of activities on the inside, but I wish they had more outings, to the park or gardens. My friend is unable to do that, because there is no chair lift on the bus.
I love the staff but with the office staff I have been making a request for quite some time and it has still not been resolved but this is with the office staff only everyone else has been fantastic with my loved one. Everyone is friendly at this community and they have a lot to do. It is convenient with all of the meals being provided and there is always something to do with the activities so it keeps the residents going and active in this community.
