I would say a 4 out of 5 on the experience. It took my mom a while to finally feel comfortable there. The feel of the facility is a little hospital feel maybe due to the age of the building. The staff is kind but the front desk man could be more presentable not in his appearance but as a front desk person being approachable. They have many activities for the residents.
I would give all of the questions above a five. They are an excellent facility. What we like the most about the community is the food and the camaraderie among the residents who live there. Yes, we would recommend Asher Point Independent Living of Tyler to other families.
The size is good for the price. The staff is great.
The thing I like most about this place is how clean it is. Also, how friendly the staff is. The Food is great too. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly.
[name removed] and her manager were amazing. They have been very good to us and to my mom. They were transparent, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Asher Pointe.
Everyone at Asher Point has been very friendly! There has been some maintenance needed on some washers and dryers, and they have fixed that. They are currently remodeling, which is needed. It is a great independent living community! My friend who is a resident has met several friends since she has moved in. She enjoys playing bingo and participating in their many activities!
The staff was always helpful, friendly and compassionate.
What our family likes the most about the Holiday Rosewood Estates community is just how clean it is overall and it is a very good value. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
Rosewood is going through a transition from Holiday to Atria right now. Also renovations. New residents don't get all the help they need. . They are short handed they say. Feel they are in over their heads but they are trying. Care? This is an independent life facility. There is no "care". Food is acceptable but service is poor. Food always cold. Not enough help.
