Verified Renter Nice neighborhood, affordable, but noisy neighbors. They try very much to keep the neighborhood clean which is great. However, the new parking system is just ridiculous. Too few visitor parking spaces. It's giving "no visitors allowed!"

Verified Renter Work in progress but major leaps and bounds in terms of parking enforcement. You just need to keep on top of it or it will fall to the wayside as many other attempts in the past have done.

Verified Renter Overall experience is good , with the exception of parking. They are trying to accommodate the residents with parking options for their guests but this is the only area where they fall short. It's too many residents to accommodate everyone guests.

Verified Renter The maintenance team takes forever to come when requested. The area is really nice and quiet, no disturbance since I have lived here. Everything is conveniently close by which makes things easier to get to and shop.

Verified Renter Love the neighborhood. The cleaning ladies keep the complex very clean. Stores are very closed. Nearby schools are great. Just renew my lease for a 3rd time.

Verified Renter Ashley Apartments is Laurel, Maryland's hidden gem! An outstanding family environment. And close to all major freeways and well known stores. Excellent, professional, friendly staff and maintenance personnel. Plenty of parking, a large resident pool, barbecue, and gym facilities. A great community apartment complex!
