Verified Renter The maintenance team takes forever to come when requested. The area is really nice and quiet, no disturbance since I have lived here. Everything is conveniently close by which makes things easier to get to and shop.

Verified Renter Love the neighborhood. The cleaning ladies keep the complex very clean. Stores are very closed. Nearby schools are great. Just renew my lease for a 3rd time.

Verified Renter Ashley Apartments is Laurel, Maryland's hidden gem! An outstanding family environment. And close to all major freeways and well known stores. Excellent, professional, friendly staff and maintenance personnel. Plenty of parking, a large resident pool, barbecue, and gym facilities. A great community apartment complex!

Verified Renter Parking as of recently has become difficult. Too many cars in a limited parking spot complex. The amenities are not good - summer pool hours are limited between noon and 6p. the gym is very run down (lack of space and equipment) not to mention the limited hours makes it almost impossible to enjoy before or after work. The clubhouse is never open or available to use for gatherings. However it is very quiet, spacious and a place with all inclusive utilities makes it a reason to stay a little longer.
