I love the hygienist at the Natick location!
Pleasant people, relaxed atmosphere, and they listen to my concerns and fears and address them.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff
The staff were very friendly and nice.
I made an appointment for today, but did not realize until I showed up that my appointment was not scheduled because I did not make a down payment. I have never had a doctor or a dentist require a down payment. Also, after charging me, the receptionist informed me that my total included the purchase of an electric toothbrush. I was never asked or informed about this 135 dollar toothbrush until after I paid 1200.00 for nothing to be done. I am thinking I should cancel my services and get a refund due to this unpleasant exper... read more
Very thorough, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Budgeting great but can do without the interest. Too much to pay.
Great experience, the moment I walked. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Then from Xray's to Dentist and Hygienist, all friendly and polite. I believe I will be glad I walked through thier door.
