You honored your advertised word. My problem is that what the dentists said I needed. Extractions, dentures and a root canal was not covered completely. I was not in the frame of mind to ask a lot of questions when I signed up for the credit program. Brandon, the office manager rushed me through the process and I did asse the root canal was part of the treatment. I was later told that was extra. Jenny the dental hygienist was excellent. She was very professional and her energy was great. Also I loved how she took the time to explain to me everything step by step.
Dr and staff were friendly, efficient and made me feel very comfortable.
Prompt service. Expert service.

Normally I have a good experience however the hygenist was late and made the cleaning feel rushed. She also complained about another client to a co-worker. That should be kept off the floor in front of other clients. Other than that appointment went well.
