This type of dentistry is new to me. I was at a typical office setting for over 20 years. My insurance changed and I landed at Aspen in Natick. First appointment was a cleaning and x-rays. I was seen on time and Jenn was fantastic. Told me more about my teeth than I've heard in 20 years. Next appointment was for a cracked tooth. I arrived early, was seen early and although Dr. Pezz had an emergency, he stayed to fix my tooth and I was out before my actual scheduled appointment. That was a first! The people make the difference. I know they truly care about my comfort and that my treatment/ cleaning is done tight. My wife who also goes here had a root canal on the tooth that another dentist botched, and she is so happy they did it right. Convenient location and professionalism all throughout especially Jenni.
