I was extremely terrified to get my tooth pulled and in a lot of pain. Their lead dental assistant (I don't remember her name) tried her best to make me feel comfortable. The dentist, Dr Heinreich, not so much. She seemed not too interested in making me feel more comfortable, I felt like everything she said was scripted. My tooth was extracted with minimal pain (pain from being numbed) and for that I am very grateful. But the front dest staff is much more comforting than Dr Heinrich and that is really unfortunate.
The experience was as good as could be expected. I mean what do you want to hear....no one likes going to the dentist. Yet, strong efforts were made to make sure I was comfortable, and not too stressed out. I was respectfully treated. Genuine concern for my comfort and ease was apparent.
They were able to work with me on a plan for my teeth. Ciara was wonderful at explaining financial issue which made me very happy to get the work in need done. The staff were very polite and explained everything so I can understand it. All was great. Better than some other dentists I've been to. Thank you!!!

I cracked my front tooth just as we were getting ready to take A.J. on a tour of his chosen college, when it cleanly sheered of horizontaly, halfway up. It was Saturday. Needless to say, it was a long weekend. 1st thing Monday, I called Marquette University School of Dentistry. It was their work, right? Wrong!!!!!!!!! I've been gone fromte progam to long, I have to go through new patient screening again. The person who cleaned my teeth was great. As she was doing something, she explained what and why she was doing the procedure.
I was very happy to get in at the last minute. My sore tooth thanks you. I got a great referral to an endodontist. That went well too. I return tomorrow to get the final report!! Wish it could have been yesterday, but oh well.
My experience with Aspen Dental was nothing that I expected. They were nice and kind. I thought it was going to really hurt. It did take some time to get my tooth out. However, I truly appreciate Aspen Dental. I will return to let them do more work.
