My problems were diagnosed and a plan of action was given to address them
You seemed and were incompetent I had to get a second opinion. There were multiple people in the office making complaints.
First nurse was very nice! The doctor was very rude and rough. It's like she was mad that I was getting my tooth pulled. I was there for 2 hours for something that took 5-10mins to do.
Not having dental insurance the last few years my teeth have fallen apart. I expected to be frowned upon but surprisingly was not. It was a great relief. I found ALL employees to be very professional and kind. Another great relief was the cleanliness of the office. Like a medical office should be. ( i have been to some dirt holes you couldnt believe were dental offices). The only complaint i could have was i waited almost an hour past my appt time but they did explain when i first got there that they were running very behind... read more
Everyone was exceedingly cordial. The hygienist answered many questions for me in a very educational manner.
Very obvious that I was at a department store office rather than the smaller, privately owned that I previously went to. I felt more of a patient going through an assembly line rather than getting individual care. The one hour that I was told to expect for new patient exam tacked on 45 minutes, along with me politely asking to speed the process because I continued to sit and wait for the next person to see me. I will be looking for a private office again.
The service team was very friendly and accommodating! I was happy to have found a dentist office that welcomed new clients and handled all business professionally. I would definitely recommend every person that I know to Aspen Dental Germantown.
Everyone was very kind and they all did a great job explaining what they were doing.
